"Accomplishments"

Thanks to the support of the community we have been able to provide the following assistance and accomplish these milestones(since the establishment on March 28th, 2000):

Operate a 20,000+ square foot retail store offering a large selection of quality low cost clothing, household items, furniture, and other merchandise.

Created twenty new jobs in the Lima/Allen Community.

Established relationships with over fifty local non-profit emergency relief agencies, churches, and other associations, to serve as their primary resource center for material assistance.

Provide relief assistance throughout the year to thousands of families & individuals during fires, loss of job/income, & other times of need at no cost.

Supported the "Sweaters for Vets"- donating over 1,500 sweaters.

Conduct an annual "Caring with Coats" program - assisting hundreds of people in need each year with winter coats.

Gave away over 400 Christmas trees (100 annually) with decorations to brighten the holiday of those less fortunate.

Worked with the Lima Ohio Reads Program-giving away hundreds of children’s books to Teachers and students.

Provided continual support to the Humane Society of Allen County and Animal Shelter Rescue Missions by donated numerous pet items and blankets.

Support the local Lion’s Club prescription eye glasses program with hundreds of eyeglasses each year.

Donated hundreds of cell phones in support of the Allen County Sheriff’s Department Senior Visitation Program.

Support several neighborhood and other community associations by donating door prizes for various events and assisting with neighborhood garage sales.

Provide a workplace for summer youth programs, adult and juvenile work experience programs, and Human Service's assistance work programs.

Pay out annually thousands in monetary contributions in support of local non-for-profit organizations (Teens for Christ, Our Daily Bread Kitchen, Heartbeat of Lima)

Provide material support, giving away clothing, baby beds/items, beds, furniture, household goods and other items to local community members in need.

Participate in and support numerous local missions conducted by churches.

Give hope to thousands of people by showing and sharing the love of Christ.

14 What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but he has no works?
